Raw fish from the same producers we cook with at the restaurant — Catalina Island seafood, Dungeness crab, Pacific Coast selections — plus the house-made sauces, butters, stocks, and dips that make them sing, and the recipes our kitchen actually uses.

Who you’re supporting
Why we started the box
We’re Justin and Nicole, the team behind Fish Shop on Austin’s East Side. We spent years building relationships with West Coast day-boat fishermen and Gulf Coast oystermen before we ever opened our doors.
This box exists because the best part of running a seafood restaurant is the sourcing — and we wanted members to have access to it directly, not just when they come in for dinner.
